Lakota Hope Ministry
I am joining staff with Lakota Hope Ministry as their community outreach coordinator. I want to use this space for to give a brief overview of what it is we do."Lakota Hope seeks to mend the spiritual and financial poverty of the Lakota people. By ministering to the homeless, promoting native artwork, growing gardens, hosting prayer meetings, working with volunteers and distributing food, Lakota Hope spreads God’s message of unconditional love among His people." ~from Lakota Hope's website

Right now Lakota Hope has been working to help Lakota artist's and crafters create websites to sell their work, so that they can make a more solid living. They are also building a bunk house to house mission teams who are doing service projects for the Lakota. Over the summer they will be hosting mission teams for various service projects, and hosting an outreach every Tuesday, and I will engaging in Ministry to the street people in Whiteclay.
